You must notify BuildersLayout™ within 14 days from the purchase date, by e-mail sent to returns@builderslayout.com, to receive your refund. Please include a copy of the original purchase confirmation e-mail that was sent to you upon payment verification. Or you may send an e-mail to the above address with your 'Serial Number Name', 'Serial Number', 'Product name' and 'Hardware Fingerprint'. You will then be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to 'Unregister' your product key.
