CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from BuildersLayout™.

PURCHASE PRICE. (a) Prices and promotions are listed on the BuildersLayout™ Web site (http://www.builderslayout.com), and are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain governmental, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. (b) Payment is due at the time of sale. (c) BuildersLayout's™ Authorized Resellers collect sales and use taxes in accordance with thier respective legal requirements and policies.

UPGRADE PRICING. If available, upgrade pricing for BuildersLayout™ Software Products will be listed on our Web site.

FORMS OF PAYMENT. All payments must be made by credit card through one of our Authorized Resellers listed on the BuildersLayout™ Web site.

PRODUCT DELIVERY. BuildersLayout™ Software Products are available for download on our Web site. At the time, no 'hard copy' of the software is available (unless you have recieved a promotional CD through one of our 'Brick-and-Mortar' affiliates). You are required to make any backup copies of the Sofware, that you purchase and register, for achival purposes.This is the Customers responsibiliy.

PRODUCT SUPPORT. BuildersLayout™ Software Product Support is available online through our Message Boards (http://www.builderslayout.com/Community) or through email at support@builderslayout.com. We will make every reasonable effort to answers all support questions in a timely and professional manner.

INTERNATIONAL. Products sold by BuildersLayout™, including software, may be exported from the United States only in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited. Customer warrants and represents that it is eligible to receive Products under United States law and agrees to abide by any export or re-export restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or publisher.

REFUND POLICY. At BuildersLayout™ we feel we give you ample time to try our Software during the Trial Period. We also realize that some of the features are not available during this time. Due to that fact, BuildersLayout™ offers our customers a 14-day refund guarantee on all software purchased from BuildersLayout™. You must notify BuildersLayout™ within 14 days from the purchase date, by e-mail sent to returns@builderslayout.com, to receive your refund. Please include a copy of the original purchase confirmation e-mail that was sent to you upon payment verification. Or you may send an e-mail to the above address with your 'Serial Number Name', 'Serial Number', 'Product name' and 'Hardware Fingerprint'. You will then be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to 'Unregister' your product key.

ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS. Any and all provisions set forth in the Software's 'End User License Agreement' are binding to these terms including, but not limited to, the Time Trial Period and Registration Terms.

SEVERABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision hereof and any such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed to be severable.
