MDAC Requirements

(Microsoft® Data Access Components)

Windows® 98SE users need to have MDAC 2.5 or greater installed.

During installation you will be notified if you need to upgrade your MDAC.

If you recieved a promotional 30-Day Trial CDROM, you will find the MDAC installation in the (CDROM):\Data Access folder. Browse to this folder and run MDAC_TYP.exe, then run the installation program again.

If you downloaded the 30-Day Trial, you need to go to the Microsoft® site and download and install the MDAC Components here.
